RCCE HOA Hurricane Harvey Review Form
Below has to do with non-Hurricane conditions.
- Construction plans and specifications must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval prior to cleaning any lot or starting any construction for any improvement whatsoever, building, structure, fence, etc. (III 2-7).
- Plans for a new home shall indicate square footage of improvements and type, color and quality of exterior material to be used in construction and all fences to be constructed in connection with the construction of the home.
The plot plan submitted shall show setbacks in the front, back and sides of improvements as well as all trees 4” in diameter measured 6” above ground indicating which trees will be removed due to location within the footprint of improvements and which trees will be retained.
- A seventy five dollar ($75.00) fee will be charged for review and approval of plans and specifications for new homes and/or improvements to existing properties. This fee will be waived if the requesting property owner is a member of the RCCHOA. If requester is not a member the fee will be assessed and applied as the owner’s membership fee for the remainder of the current year.
