RCCE HOA Mission Statement

The RCCE HOA is committed to preserve and enhance the property of our subdivision by upholding our Protective Restrictions, & Covenants and Policies.  We will support initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents and invest in improvements that benefit the greater good.  We envision a neighborhood that is considered by residents and non-residents alike to be a desirable place in which to live.

Vision Statement

  • Respect and preserve the collective rights and interests of homeowners
  • Promote active homeowner involvement to cultivate a strong sense of community
  • Expect all homeowners to meet their individual responsibilities and abide by the governing documents
  • Provide the neighborhood with an effective communication link with local community officials and other influential stakeholders
  • Invite membership participation in the decision making process that affects our HOA

Values Statement

In all our activities to achieve our vision and mission, we value integrity, fairness, consistent firmness and common sense along with community participation, respect and cooperation.

Guiding Principles

  • Utilize the experience of the Board members to make and implement responsible decisions and to be good stewards regarding the use of funds and assets belonging to the Association.
  • Conduct business with transparency providing regular financial statements of receivables and expenses on a periodic basis.
  • Communicate with homeowners in a timely manner though appropriate mediums and facilitate opportunities for subdivision activities which promote a neighborly community.
